Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken. This follows the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude personal care items from being returned once opened.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are still in their original packaging and condition.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

To request a return, please visit our Contact page and include your order number and reason for the return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed individually and are not automatically provided due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of skincare products.

A refund may be granted in the following situations:

• You received the wrong item
• Your product arrived damaged or defective
• Your order was lost or not delivered

If your refund request is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours via our Contact page.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
